Creators und Key Usern bei der Nutzung unserer Microsoft-, Kollaborations- und KI-Plattformen * Erstellung und Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Enablement-Maßnahmen rund um Microsoft 365, Automatisierung und KI * Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Digitalisierungs-, Kollaborations- und KI-Projekten **Was Sie mitbringen:** * abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in, Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere SharePoint Online, sind von Vorteil * Kenntnisse in der Administration von Berechtigungen, Benutzergruppen und Zugriffskonzepten * Erfahrung in der Konfiguration von SharePoint-Seiten, Listen, Dokumentbibliotheken und Metadatenstrukturen * idealerweise erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) * ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendern * gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

**Womit Sie uns unterstützen:** * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft 365 Kollaborationsplattform mit Schwerpunkt SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform und Copilot * Erstellung und Optimierung moderner Intranet-, Kommunikations- und Teamworkspaces sowie Enablement unserer globalen Key User * Konzeption und Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen mit SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate und Microsoft Copilot * technologische Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Einführung, Optimierung und Nutzung digitaler Arbeitsweisen und Plattformen * Analyse, Aufnahme und Qualifizierung von Anforderungen sowie Übersetzung in praxistaugliche Lösungen * Entwicklung und Betreuung von Copilot-, Agent- und KI-gestützten Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft 365 sowie deren Integration in weitere Unternehmensanwendungen * Unterstützung beim Aufbau und Einsatz von KI-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Copilot Studio und Azure AI Foundry * Beratung und Enablement von Anwendern, Content
