Effective communication and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging communications, presentations, training materials, and success stories.
Experience in change management, adoption, community building, or internal communications, ideally in a technology or transformation-related environment.
High level of organization and attention to detail, with experience managing knowledge repositories, SharePoint sites, or similar content platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, building strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn new tools quickly and leverage AI to improve productivity and content creation.
