## About the Role

* Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 8+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
 * Strong experience with LLM, Generative AI, and RAG.
 * Strong engineering skills and code optimization.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS stack (Bedrock, Lambda, Kendra, SageMaker).
 * Expertise in statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and data analysis.
 * Strong SQL and communication skills.
 * Self-driven with strong problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with Agentic AI.
 * Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Strong Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
 * Experience with vector databases for RAG.
 * Familiarity with data engineering tools (Spark, pipelines).
 * Experience in Agile/SAFe environments.

## Description

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for complex business problems. This role collaborates with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact data science solutions aligned with enterprise goals., * Build and deploy AI/ML models, products, and tools.

 * Develop LLM and RAG-based solutions.
 * Optimize code and ensure model performance and scalability.
 * Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams.
 * Lead model evaluation, tuning, and deployment.
 * Utilize AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, Kendra, SageMaker).
 * Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
 * Mentor junior team members and drive best practices.
