 * 10 years of experience managing execution of programs that span across multiple engineering teams., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or a Master's degree or PhD.
 * Sovereign cloud buildout and hyperscale data center deployment experience, leading programs for scaling cloud expansion while ensuring unparalleled customer experience.
 * TPM people management skills and experience.
 * Understanding of AI and Cloud infrastructure, platforms, services development, and experience with the latest AI chips and roadmaps.
 * Strong business acumen using data modeling to construct analysis, identify business improvement opportunities, measure success, and communicate with stakeholders.

## Description

* Drive a portfolio of large, complex AI and Cloud Expansion programs, identifying opportunities to increase expansion scale and speed by 10X while securing necessary investments.
 * Coordinate a set of technical and non-technical stakeholders to streamline region buildouts, automate capacity delivery, and establish milestone reporting processes.
 * Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to meet business objectives, effectively resolving or escalating issues to ensure on-time program delivery.
 * Maintain an up-to-date view of program health and implement systematic methods to track status, manage risks, and ensure overall success.
 * Create and implement new processes and tooling designed specifically to reduce operational toil for both engineering teams and customers.
