This role plays a critical part in ensuring that technology capabilities enable business agility, operational efficiency, and scalability across a large, complex retail organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technology leadership, program delivery expertise, and business partnership skills to drive impactful solutions in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment. This leader will champion a culture that emphasizes simplicity, speed of execution, collaboration, accountability, and transparency.
