The Implementation Specialist II will manage a high volume caseload of trading partner add ons for TrueCommerce Home retail customers. You will guide vendors and manufacturers through how they will connect, set them up on the TrueCommerce portal, and coordinate setup and testing through go-live with our internal teams. No EDI background is needed; most of our team came from other industries, and we will teach you the rest. This role is a remote opportunity, with up to 10% travel.
