This position is designed for an experienced Non-QM processor who can manage a full pipeline, train other processors, support Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, and represent the company in lender and industry-facing conversations. The right candidate will have deep Non-QM processing experience, strong Mandarin and English communication skills, and the ability to build structure, workflows, SOPs, and training resources as the company grows. This is not a standard processing role.
