This position is ideal for someone with experience supporting SQL-based applications, troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system health, and partnering with technical teams to maintain reliable business operations. This is not a software development role and is not intended for a senior DBA. Instead, we're looking for a hands-on support professional who enjoys solving problems, investigating issues, monitoring critical processes, and serving as a trusted operational resource for internal teams.
