## Description

* Lead MDM initiatives and partner with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, and engineering teams to define and govern critical data domains across the enterprise
 * Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into scalable data management, governance, and reference data solutions
 * Design, develop, and optimize advanced SQL queries, ETL processes, and data pipelines to support enterprise reporting and analytics
 * Develop and maintain enterprise data quality rules, validation processes, and monitoring frameworks to ensure data integrity
 * Create and support MDM implementation roadmaps with defined milestones, dependencies, risk assessments, and success metrics
 * Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to architect AWS-based solutions for scalable and secure data integration
 * Support enterprise data governance initiatives, including metadata management, data lineage, business glossary development, and reference data management
 * Present analytical insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders; mentor junior team members on data best practices
