In this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills and deep technical knowledge, with a strong aptitude for understanding the focus, scope, and impact of your work in a broader, forward-looking software landscape., * 5+ years of Development experience * Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience * Expertise in SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scala). * Experience designing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions. * Strong knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and cloud-native databases. * Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern data services. * Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and lakehouse architectures. * Experience implementing data quality, governance, security, and metadata management. * Performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of large-scale data systems. * Databricks experience * Experience with Test Driven Development, automated unit testing, and end-to-end testing * Superb time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills ## Description At Flexion (an agile software company that's been delivering excellence for over 25 years), our company culture is built on autonomy, trust, and transparency.
