We help some of the world's biggest brands discover real opportunities inside the data types, delimiters, and decimals. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Data Center Engineer to help with running the day-to-day operations of our data center teams. The person in this position will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the data center. Will assist team members with new builds in remote sites. Work with different departments within the company to deploy new environments. This person will be onsite in the data center, will be responsible for receiving new equipment, planning rack layouts and infrastructure cabling. Maintaining a clean and organized data center is a must. Responsibilities What You'll Achieve Operational Leadership o Lead the day to day Data Center Operations responsible for managing hosting facilities, physical infrastructure deployment, cabling, asset management, and facility operations. o Establish and maintain operational standards, procedures, and governance practices to ensure consistent execution across all data center locations. o Serve as the first escalation point for critical data center infrastructure and facility-related issues. o Partner with Infrastructure Engineering and Operations teams to modernize operational practices. o Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing Data Center Operations teams. o Establish performance goals, provide regular coaching, and develop future leaders. o Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning. o Maintain and present infrastructure health, capacity forecasts, risks, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership. o Ensure IT infrastructure aligns with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC, PCI, HIPAA, ISO). o Participate in team/manager on-call rotations. o Additional responsibilities as assigned.
