You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, providing accessibility guidance during discovery, design, development, and testing. You will review concepts, user flows, designs, and implemented experiences to identify accessibility barriers and recommend solutions. You will conduct accessibility evaluations using manual testing techniques, assistive technologies, and accessibility testing tools, document findings, and support teams in resolving issues before experiences go live. You will independently support assigned product areas while continuing to grow your accessibility expertise through collaboration with Senior and Lead Accessibility Consultants. Your work will help advance accessibility across Target's digital ecosystem and drive inclusive experiences for all Target customers and employees. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs., This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
