 * Knowledge of GDC infrastructure systems (e.g., civil engineering, grid-scale power, or contractor housing logistics like contractor villages).

## Description

* Oversee technical risk strategies and due diligence across a complex regional portfolio of data center developments.
 * Drive program execution that directly impacts fleet capacity Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and orchestrate infrastructure deployment projects.
 * Intervene in highly critical escalations and lead high-stakes negotiations with external authorities, utility providers, and land developers.
 * Identify systemic process breakdowns between acquisition, real estate, and construction.
 * Identify blockers for data center construction and development, and lead cross-functional efforts to durably resolve issues.
