Connecting public safety workflows requires a strategic platform leader who can turn complex integration architectures into intuitive, automated data pipelines. You will own our end-to-end integration strategy, define data governance standards, and build actionable search and investigative experiences for public safety agencies nationwide. What You'll Own * Lead end-to-end integration strategy across CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, alerts, and third-party systems using automation and intelligent workflows. * Establish data modeling, governance, and trust standards to ensure source attribution, permissions, auditability, and downstream data usability. * Architect intuitive search, mapping, and investigative product experiences that help officers, analysts, and command staff move from questions to action faster. * Direct cross-functional platform initiatives alongside Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and third-party partners to deliver scalable integration capabilities. * Optimize onboarding and data ingestion pipelines to reduce customer setup friction and eliminate manual data validation bottlenecks.
