Preferred Qualifications: * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex virtualization, authentication, and application delivery issues. * Experience implementing secure remote access and zero-trust access concepts. * Familiarity with enterprise security best practices for Citrix and ADC environments. * Experience with monitoring, resiliency testing, disaster recovery, and performance optimization for Citrix ADC infrastructures. * Knowledge of scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Terraform is a plus. * Excellent documentation and communication skills, especially in a global enterprise support model. * Experience collaborating in regulated or GxP-compliant environments (preferred).
