The ideal candidate has experience with .NET development, APIs, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude. Responsibilities Software Development + Code Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and services using C# and .NET technologies. + Build and enhance RESTful APIs and integrations. + Develop and optimize database solutions using Azure SQL and other data platforms. + Participate in application modernization and cloud-native development initiatives. + Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues. AI-Assisted Engineering + Leverage AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and other approved AI platforms to accelerate development activities. + Apply AI tools to code generation, refactoring, documentation, testing, debugging, and analysis. + Validate AI-generated code for quality, security, maintainability, and compliance with engineering standards. + Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and incorporate best practices into daily development workflows. Quality & Delivery + Develop software using Test-Driven Development (TDD) and other modern engineering practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and reliable solutions. + Apply DevSecOps principles by incorporating security, quality, and compliance considerations throughout the software development lifecycle. + Write unit, integration, and automated tests. + Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. + Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. + Monitor applications and assist with production support and incident resolution.
