This opportunity involves managing and extending the use of Salesforce (SFDC) to support business operations, while driving process improvements and automations. This role goes beyond traditional administration to actively design and document business procedures, drive team adoption through collaboration, and champion the integration of AI-powered tools and automation into daily Salesforce workflows. Your Impact In this role, you will drive projects to extend Salesforce capabilities and adoption within Cisco Capital. You will act as a key partner in implementing process automations to improve operational efficiency and play a vital role in managing the health and security of our internal Salesforce environment. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how we leverage AI-powered tools-such as Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce-to transform our daily workflows.
