 * 8+ years of software development experience (entry-level roles may accept internships/projects).
 * Strong understanding of:

 * Machine Learning algorithms

 * Natural Language Processing (NLP)
 * Statistics and Linear Algebra
 * Strong programming skills in Python.
 * Experience with SQL and data processing.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience deploying ML models into production.
 * Experience building LLM-based chatbots or AI assistants.
 * Knowledge of distributed systems.
 * Familiarity with REST APIs and FastAPI.
 * Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
 * Knowledge of reinforcement learning is a plus.

* Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models.
 * Build and deploy production-ready ML pipelines.
 * Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
 * Fine-tune foundation models using domain-specific datasets.
 * Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
