You will act as a critical partner for clients and internal teams, diagnosing issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and ensuring smooth integrations across our platform. You will work closely with Sales, Client Success, Engineering, and Product teams to investigate client requests, assess technical challenges, and deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires a mix of technical problem solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical detail into actionable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
