 * Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations in construction and roofing\n, * Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal\n
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\n
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)\n
 * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities\n
 * Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences\n
