Work Environment + Primarily office environment, computer-based work. + Request-driven environment requiring organization, prioritization, and attention to detail. + Opportunities to contribute ideas for improving workflows, quality checks, and documentation within the team. ## Description Join Alight as a **Web Technology Associate** , where you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused digital experience across our web platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a quality-assurance mindset, and a desire to continuously improve how web requests are executed. In addition to handling day-to-day web updates using Alight's content management system (CMS), you will help identify opportunities to improve content accuracy, consistency, and efficiency within established web processes.
