In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of innovative digital products that enhance and simplify the healthcare experience for our members. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to create solutions that align with our mission to deliver superior and connected experiences, lower the cost of care, and improve the health and well-being of those we serve. The ideal candidate has proven experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology requirements and delivering results with cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment. Ideal candidates also have superior communication skills, strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple priorities and multiple partners at once. What you will do: * Act as the product owner for business solutions understanding product, business, and competitive landscape to successfully enhance the company's competitive advantage in the industry. * Coordinate with business teams and other key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required capabilities and translate these into product requirements. * Partner with business, product, analytics, and operational leaders across portfolios to drive shared prioritization, manage tradeoffs, and ensure aligned execution. * Translate business needs and engagement strategies into well-defined features and user stories, driving delivery within a SAFe Agile framework. * Communicate product updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
