## About the Role

* 10+ years of production software engineering experience with deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot 4.0 / Java 25)
 * React experience with TypeScript, and frontend performance profiling, along with a proven track record migrating legacy stacks (JSP or similar).
 * Deep knowledge of AWS infrastructure, Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding agents to drive engineering throughput, paired with strong automated testing frameworks (Playwright) and client collaboration tooling (Jira, Bitbucket, Figma).

Nice to Have Skills

 * Experience authoring or optimizing claude.md layered context templates and working with the Figma MCP server for design-system-driven development.
 * Background in multi-tenant SaaS architecture, tenant isolation, data-model design, API layers, and LLM-backed product features.
 * Practical exposure to regulated or compliance-heavy environments (ISO, SOC 2, GDPR)., * Solution-oriented technical leader with a track record of driving small, high-bandwidth engineering teams, defining standards, and planning multi-phase modernization strategies.
 * Automation-first mindset with a focus on eliminating manual bottlenecks through automated parity testing and continuous integration pipelines.
 * Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with a strong enthusiasm for AI-assisted delivery models and continuous knowledge sharing.
