## About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the digital and healthcare sectors, is seeking a dedicated IT Compliance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the IT Digital Systems & Compliance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive within a collaborative and innovative environment., * Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and backend web applications such as S3, ESL, or TIBCO.

 * Understanding of basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts.
 * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
 * Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow and a background in IT support, web administration, or digital operations.

## Description

* Support the company's digital platforms by ensuring website performance, usability, and operational stability.
 * Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex web technologies into clear, actionable insights.
 * Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and support content updates and routine site maintenance.
 * Document processes, updates, and troubleshooting steps to maintain operational clarity and compliance.
 * Collaborate with developers, designers, and IT partners to implement enhancements, patches, and new features, ensuring adherence to security and accessibility standards., * Opportunity to work in a collaborative environment supporting innovative digital platforms.
