## About the Role

* Een Hbo-opleiding in ICT.
 * Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen infrastructuur, beheer of servicedesk.
 * Leidinggevende of coördinerende ervaring is een pré.
 * Ervaring met hybride IT-omgevingen en/of ITSM-processen.
 * Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een verbindende houding.
 * Strategisch inzicht in stabiliteit, security en toekomstige IT-ontwikkelingen.
 * Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (Engels is een pré).

## Description

In deze functie geef je leiding aan het infrastructuurteam en de servicedesk (7 collega's). Samen beheren jullie een moderne, hybride IT-omgeving met zowel on-premise systemen als cloudoplossingen.

Je brengt structuur, overzicht en rust in de operatie, terwijl je tegelijkertijd werkt aan professionalisering, security en toekomstbestendige IT-keuzes. Je coacht medewerkers, stimuleert samenwerking en zorgt dat processen helder, efficiënt en goed gedocumenteerd zijn.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Directeur ICT, de teams Applicatiebeheer en Informatiemanagement, én externe partners. Samen bouwen jullie aan een stabiele, veilige en schaalbare IT-omgeving.
