## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of equivalent experience
 * Experience in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
 * Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into product requirements.
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships.
 * Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
 * Demonstrated experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Co-Pilot, MS Office, or similar.
 * Must be flexible to work the demands of the role, which is generally limited to weekdays. But may be subject to extended hours or weekends dependent on project needs.

## Description

* Translate business requirements into technology-based capabilities, feature sets and backlog items.
 * Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, staffing coordination, risk management, and delivery oversight.
 * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Infrastructure and business partners to ensure successful execution and high-quality outcomes.
 * Serve as the delivery point of contact for decisions, updates, and stakeholder communication.

 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives) and champion Agile best practices.
 * Assist in developing the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact, effort, and strategic value.

 * Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test planning, and test execution when required
 * Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery status clearly and proactively
 * Ensure compliance, security, and operational readiness for all product releases.
 * Manage software deployments and release planning
 * Lead and mentor project team members
 * Participate in Level II on-call support
