## About the Role

Do you have experience in Usability?, * Minimum 7 years of experience as an Android Engineer

 * Expert in Kotlin + Java
 * Extensive experience with Jetpack Compose and modern UI/UX
 * Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines
 * Experience in guiding/mentoring technical work and junior/medior developers
 * Strong communication skills (Dutch is a plus, English is sufficient)
 * Experience in a corporate / enterprise environment is a strong advantage

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Android Engineer for a strategic project.

You will contribute to building secure, high-quality Android solutions for digital identity and authentication across the European Union. This is an excellent opportunity to work on socially relevant, business-critical software in an international environment with plenty of room for technical impact and personal initiative.

About the role As a Senior Android Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and further evolution of Android applications within a major digital identity programme.

You will work on complex, security- and compliance-driven functionality with high standards for usability and reliability. You will join a larger team where currently 3 FTEs are working on the product. The project has a tight timeline, with the first implementation planned later this year.
