Must be able to travel between the office and approximately 50+ school sites (mileage reimbursed). ## Description We are seeking an experienced **Technical Support Specialist** to serve as the on-site technology lead for a long-standing K-12 account in Springfield, MO. This highly visible role is responsible for supporting and managing technology services across the food service department at Springfield Public Schools, including more than 50 school sites, 200+ POS systems, manager computers, tablets, handheld devices, and related technology resources. Working collaboratively with District IT, operational management, site supervisors, and kitchen leads, this individual will support a broad technology environment that includes enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, IP television, POS systems, and end-user computing devices. The role requires strong technical expertise, operational leadership, and a customer-focused mindset. This position serves as the primary on-site point of contact for technology and data compliance matters, providing end-to-end support, accountability, and escalation management across the operation.
