What makes you stand out: * Experience with Agile software development (Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is a plus). * Agile methodology * Problem-solving tools ## Description We're actively seeking a talented Systems Analyst to join our FAST Policy Admin team in Newport Beach, CA, Omaha NE, or Charlotte, NC (onsite 4 days per week). As a Systems Analyst you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by providing system analysis support to our business partners, management, and technical staff. You will fill one of two new roles that sit on a team of about 8 people in the PL Technology division. Your colleagues will include developers, end users and fellow system analysis professionals. This role involves understanding business and system workflows, translating and implementing requirements, and engaging various business and technical teams in the transition of new functionality into the FAST administration system.
