## Description

* Build, configure, and maintain Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and pathology systems
 * Support daily system operations to ensure efficient laboratory workflows
 * Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integrated testing
 * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting laboratory operations
 * Collaborate with lab staff, IT teams, and vendors to optimize system performance
 * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and healthcare guidelines
 * Analyze system requirements and implement solutions to improve efficiency
 * Provide user support, training, and documentation for LIS applications
 * Assist with data integrity, reporting, and system validation processes
