## About the Role

* 1+ years of experience in configuration management or related field

 * Basic knowledge of configuration management principles and practices

 * Familiarity with PTC Windchill software or other similar Enterprise Product Data Management (PDM) systems

 * Familiarity in Hardware Engineering drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs) / Parts Lists (PLs) as well as standard drafting practices

 * Knowledge in Engineering Change Notices to ensure Configuration Control and program requirements are met

 * Familiarity with Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Request for Variances (RFV), and Configuration Status Accounting (CSA)

 * Familiarity with the development, preparation and maintenance of Technical Data Packages (TDP)

 * Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD Security clearance at the SECRET level

Desired Skills:

 * Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions

 * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

 * Familiarity of Configuration Management principles and Operating Industry standards: ISO 9001, AS9100, and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), EIA-649 / MIL-HDBK-61

 * Ability to write Basis of Estimate (BOE)

 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

## Description

We are seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of configuration management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. This role will provide an opportunity to learn and grow with a talented team of professionals, and to develop a strong foundation in configuration management., * Assist in the management and control of product configurations, including hardware and documentation, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency

 * Support the development and maintenance of configuration management plans, procedures, and documentation to support program requirements

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that configuration management considerations are integrated into program decisions and activities

 * Assist in the conduct of configuration audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

 * Provide technical support to program teams on configuration management matters, including engineering change proposals, configuration control, and product data management

 * Participate in program meetings and reviews, including design reviews, test reviews, and production readiness reviews, to ensure that configuration management considerations are properly addressed
