 * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
 * Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
 * Experience in system administration or engineering roles, often with a relevant bachelor's degree.
 * Experience with cross-platform device management (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) is often required.

## Description

SAIC is looking for a MECM Administrator to assist in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise endpoint management using both Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune to join our team.

 * Design, deploy, and manage endpoint environments using both MECM and Intune.
 * Configure and manage tools like Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.
 * Handle application packaging, software distribution, and patch management for security and updates.
 * Develop and enforce security and compliance policies, including Conditional Access and device encryption, in collaboration with security teams.
 * Use PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate tasks, deployments, and configurations.
 * Provide advanced (L3) technical support to resolve complex issues related to device management.
