## About the Role

* 7+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
 * Strong experience with Java and Go.
 * Deep knowledge of distributed systems and microservice architecture.
 * Experience designing and building production-grade APIs.
 * Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure).
 * Experience with Kubernetes, EKS or ECS.
 * Strong SQL and database design skills.
 * Experience in payments, financial infrastructure, blockchain or Web3 is highly valued.

## Description

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll help design and build the backend systems that power high-volume payments, digital asset movement and developer-facing services., * Design and build scalable backend services and distributed systems.

 * Develop secure, high-performance APIs powering payment and digital asset infrastructure.
 * Improve blockchain infrastructure and core platform services.
 * Partner with Product and Engineering teams on architecture and technical design.
 * Integrate with banking and financial technology partners.
 * Build reliable infrastructure using cloud services, messaging systems and SQL/NoSQL databases.
 * Drive technical excellence and contribute to engineering best practices across the organization.
