What You Will Work On: * You will lead end-to-end technical program execution for SWP, focusing on delivering the technology platform across three workstreams. * Lead technical delivery of the SWP program across three workstreams, including Organizational Health, AI-Enabled Workforce Intelligence, Workforce Blueprint. * Own technology program governance, timelines, and cross-workstream alignment. * Coordinate technology dependencies ensuring alignment to business goals, tradeoffs, and delivery sequencing. * Enable collaboration across a team of workstream leads, stakeholders, and external partners. * Facilitate program level processes and execution, identify and manage dependencies and risks, as well as escalate impediments. * Maintain program dashboards, KPIs, and success metrics aligned to SWP outcomes. * Ensure integration of key data domains (skills, tasks, workforce metrics, financials) into program deliverables and decision frameworks. * Support rollout of new processes, tools, and ways of working with a focus on iterative delivery.
