The ideal candidate will possess: * Experience administering enterprise MDM solutions, specifically Microsoft Intune. * Experience managing corporate wireless accounts and carrier relationships. * Experience supporting iOS, Android, iPadOS, and other mobile platforms. * Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. * Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager,Apple Business Manager,Microsoft 365 ecosystem,Mobile security and compliance frameworks, reporting and analytics tools. * Asset management and inventory systems experience. * Mobile application deployment and management experience * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Customer-focused service delivery mindset. * Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset. ## Description The Mobile Device Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, administration, security, lifecycle management, and support of all corporate mobile technologies, including smartphones, tablets (iPads), and other mobile endpoints. This role leads a team of two Mobile Device Administrators/Analysts and ensures the reliable delivery of mobile services across the organization.The Mobile Device Manager develops and executes mobile device management (MDM) strategies, enforces security and compliance requirements, manages carrier relationships, contributes input to mobile-related budgets, and partners with business and IT teams to support workforce mobility initiatives.
