This role is responsible for driving strategic programs that improve material flow, warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management, and overall manufacturing efficiency across the factory. The ideal candidate is an operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable working across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, finance, and operations, and can independently drive initiatives from concept through execution. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
