You'll provide hands-on technical expertise to deliver and integrate electronic signature and loan pricing solutions, ensuring stability, performance, and reliable partner integrations. You'll lead production support activities, including triage and resolution of technical issues and system/website outages, coordinating across internal technology teams and external vendors. You'll drive prioritization, communicate status to stakeholders, and contribute to root-cause analysis and preventative improvements to reduce recurring incidents. How you'll succeed * Production support - Investigate and define operational issues and prioritize based on severity, risk and/or strategic business needs. Design and implement solutions to prevent recurrence with the end goal of providing excellent technology support. * Partnership - Work as a key liaison with business partners, technology partners, and the senior management team. Provide technical expertise for upgrades, testing, and process improvements. Liaise with business, technology, and vendor partners for operational alignment. * Projects delivery - Act as subject matter expert in the assessment of impacts for planned system changes and projects, ensuring compliance with relevant organization standards (Business, Continuity, Security, Compliance, and Privacy); develop and maintain productive relationships with Technology, QA, Project team and others. Research, evaluate and support the development and implementation of new application capabilities, procedures and standards.
