## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree
 * 10+ years: SAP Financial Systems, Consolidations, Supplementary financial systems,, FP&A, Accounting, or Business Analysis.
 * 10+ years executing finance processes, including financial close, consolidation, reporting, planning, or intercompany accounting.
 * 10+ years' performing reconciliation activities.
 * 10+ years' supporting business process improvement or system implementation projects.
 * 10+ years'' Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Macros, Pivot Tables, writing formulas, etc.) supporting data analytics.

 * Experienced in SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance (CFIN), SAP Group Reporting, BW, SAC
 * Intermediate accounting knowledge and familiarity with GAAP reporting.
 * Familiarity with AI tools and solutions to support analytical tasks.
 * Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, or similar reporting and automation tools.

 * Certifications preferred - CPA, CMA, PMP, CBAP

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

## Description

* SAP Finance Transformation & Process Improvement
 * Implementing best practices across Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Close, Group Reporting, Intercompany.

 * Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation.
 * Document business requirements, process flows, operating procedures, and functional specifications.
 * Partner with Finance and IT teams on SAP finance technology deployments.
 * Participate in system testing activities, SIT, UAT, defect management, deployment readiness assessments.
 * Assist with data validation, reconciliation, cutover activities during system implementations.
