This role involves configuring and maintaining WFM modules such as Time & Attendance, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules, while designing and supporting complex integrations between UKG and SAP systems including HR, Payroll, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and managing integrations (file-based and API-driven), performing data validation using SQL, and supporting end-to-end testing cycles including payroll and financial posting validation.
