## Description

* As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
 * You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
 * You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
 * Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
 * Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
 * Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
 * Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
 * Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

NOTE: Role requires 60% onsite client work in NYC, NJ, or Chicago and client mandated time away, 5 days per quarter
