## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise software development initiatives in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Agile projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing project budgets, schedules, risks, and ensuring successful delivery of complex technology solutions., * 7+ years of experience managing enterprise software development projects.

 * Proven experience leading Agile project teams.
 * Hands-on experience with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
 * Experience working in cloud-first environments using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
 * Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience managing project risks, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams., * PMP, CPM, or equivalent Project Management certification.
 * Experience with Clarity PPM.
 * Experience supporting API-driven integration or data-centric applications.
 * Knowledge of secure application development lifecycle (SADLC).
 * Experience with executive reporting, delivery forecasting, and Agile metrics.
 * Strong servant leadership mindset with a focus on team collaboration and continuous improvement.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end software development projects using Agile methodologies.
 * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
 * Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
 * Monitor project scope, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
 * Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Track project progress using Agile lifecycle management tools.
 * Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and project metrics.
 * Collaborate with engineering, QA, architecture, compliance, and operations teams.
 * Drive continuous improvement, delivery forecasting, and project governance.
 * Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices.
