CCNA or CCNP a plus. * Professional level knowledge of routing and switching equipment, LAN topologies, network protocols, wireless LAN systems (Cisco wireless a plus), data center networks, and Voice & Video technologies and services (VoIP, PBX, voice mail, voice recorders, phones, IVR, video conferencing systems, and satellite). CCNP or CCVP preferred. * Knowledge of the OSI reference model. * Preferred knowledge includes project management concepts & tools, and environmental support systems for supported technology platforms (e.g., HVAC, AC/DC power systems, batteries, generators, etc.). * Possess interpersonal, communications (written & verbal), and presentation skills. * Minimum of 4 - 7 years professional-level experience required. ## Description As part of the Voice & Video Operation team, responsible for architecture, engineering, design, implementation, operation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and ongoing reliability of the for Voice & Video computing devices such as application servers, IP PBX/Telephones, and audio & video conferencing systems. This includes network routing & switching, wireless LAN (802.11x) networks and voice & video services (VoIP, PBX, voice mail, voice recorders, phones, IVR, video, and satellite). * Implements and troubleshoots enterprise Voice-related solutions/incidents/system outages.
