## About the Role

* 6 8 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM).
 * Hands-on experience in Change Management within enterprise environments.
 * Proven experience in Greenfield implementation of Change Management processes in the Healthcare industry.
 * Strong understanding of:

 * Change Management
 * Configuration Management (CMDB)
 * Major Incident Management (MIM)
 * Incident Management (IM)
 * Problem Management
 * Experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar tools.
 * Strong stakeholder management, governance, communication, and reporting skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Mandatory Certification
ITIL 4 Foundation Certified OR
ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
Added Advantage

 * Experience or knowledge in:

 * Release Management
 * Configuration Management
 * Incident Management
 * Problem Management
 * Experience supporting healthcare IT transformation initiatives.
 * Exposure to service governance, compliance, and operational excellence programs.

Educational Qualification

 * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

## Description

Looking for experienced Change Managers with a strong background in IT Service Management and proven expertise in establishing and driving Change Management practices within the Healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead and govern the end-to-end Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
 * Drive Greenfield implementation of Change Management processes, governance, workflows, and controls in healthcare environments.
 * Facilitate and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
 * Review, assess, and approve change requests based on business impact, risk, and compliance requirements.
 * Ensure successful planning, execution, and closure of Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes.
 * Monitor Change Management KPIs, compliance metrics, and reporting requirements.
 * Collaborate with business, infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to minimize service disruption.
 * Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continual service improvement initiatives.
