Mandatory Certification ITIL 4 Foundation Certified OR ITIL V3 Foundation Certified Added Advantage * Experience or knowledge in: * Release Management * Configuration Management * Incident Management * Problem Management * Experience supporting healthcare IT transformation initiatives. * Exposure to service governance, compliance, and operational excellence programs. Educational Qualification * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. ## Description Looking for experienced Change Managers with a strong background in IT Service Management and proven expertise in establishing and driving Change Management practices within the Healthcare industry.
