Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: * Constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery * Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environment for extended periods * Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling * Lifting and carrying of loads weighing up to 50 pounds * Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc. ## Description The Team Leader, IT is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT team, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the resort's IT infrastuecture. This role supervises support activities, coordinates service delivery, provides advanced troubleshooting, and works closely with the Assistant Manager, IT and the Director, IT to maintain and improve IT assistance across the resort.
