This role provides advanced technical expertise, establishes standards, and leads complex initiatives to ensure highly available, scalable, and efficient printing services supporting critical clinical operations. The ECSA Sr. acts as a subject matter expert (SME), mentor, and strategic partner across infrastructure, application, and endpoint teams. Impact of Role The Senior ECSA is a key technical leader responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of Epic client systems and printing services.
