Or Associates and 7 years or related experience. * Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance. * Strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online (O365) and on-prem environments, including hybrid configurations. * Experience with Microsoft Teams administration, configuration, and integrations. * Solid understanding of Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including directory synchronization (e.g., AAD Connect), conditional access policies, and role-based access controls. * Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation and system administration. * Familiarity with email security tools such as Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Proofpoint, Mimecast, or similar technologies. * Experience administering M365 add-ins and third-party integrations to enhance collaboration and communication. * Knowledge of federal IT security policies, protocols, and compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST). * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to obtain and maintain [Insert Required Clearance Level].
