This role partners with IT and business teams to define requirements, design solutions, and implement new capabilities that enhance system performance and business processes. Core responsibilities include performance and data analysis, data migration, interface support, and overall technical support. The SAP Technical Lead also manages SAP security requirements, user and role administration, vendor coordination, and SLA compliance. Additionally, the role provides direction to the SAP ABAP team, establishes technical standards, evaluates solution options, and supports planning and execution of project tasks.
