As a Senior Lead DevOps Engineer _,_ you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the DevOps team reporting to the Director Pipeline and Platform Engineering, you will support projects at the forefront of hospitality technology progress. What you'll do during a typical day: + Architect next-generation cloud platforms and automation solutions. + Devise and evolve code-driven automation strategies that ensure environment consistency across development, testing, and production. + Build long-term automation solutions using scripting and programming (Groovy, Shell, Python, Terraform, or Java/JavaScript). + Understand new architectural concepts and recommend improvements from an infrastructure and security perspective. + Understand and support API Gateways / API Management platforms (e.g., WSO2, Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway, MuleSoft). + Understand API lifecycle management including design, versioning, security (OAuth2/JWT), throttling, and monitoring. How you'll collaborate with others: + Provide technical leadership and implementation guidance for UI, APIs, and microservices. + Work with development teams to guide best practices, design patterns, and operational standards. + Support reliability engineering efforts and participate in on-call rotations for mission-critical and revenue-impacting cloud services.
