## About the Role

* 6-10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
 * Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360):
o Data streams, mappings, identity resolution, unification
o Segmentation and activation
o Calculated insights

 * Advanced experience in Apex, LWC, Flows, platform events, REST integrations.
 * Solid understanding of GTCS CRM, tender/contract data, customer/product master flows.
 * Experience working with Snowflake/SAP/GPM/UDH data integrations.
 * Strong debugging, data analysis, and performance optimization skills.

## Description

* Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) data models, ingestion pipelines, transformations, and identity resolution rules.
 * Develop Apex, LWC, platform events, flows, and integrations required for GTCS modernization.
 * Configure and optimize Data Cloud segments, DMO mappings, calculated insights, and activation targets.
 * Enable Data Cloud * Agentforce * GTCS data flows supporting AI agents (approvals, bid authoring, forecasting, exceptions).
 * Build and enhance integrations with SAP, GPM, Snowflake, UDH, using APIs, connectors, and Zero Copy patterns.
 * Support Data Cloud governance: data quality, lineage, monitoring, and performance tuning.
 * Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and GTCS product teams during sprints.
 * Troubleshoot data quality issues, ingestion faults, and complex GTCS data dependencies during rollouts.
