Cross-Functional and Game-Specific Knowledge * Interest in live-service game systems, player progression, monetization, live events, or social features. * Exposure to event-driven content, offers, gacha, PvP systems, or analytics is a plus. * Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating cross-functionally. * Able to balance feature delivery with quality, maintainability, and production stability. Soft Skills & Education * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to take ownership of feature work in a large production codebase. * Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from feedback and evolving technical requirements. * Passion for games and building polished player experiences. ## Description As a Software Engineer, you will build and maintain client systems that power gameplay features, live events, progression, rewards, monetization, UI flows, and social experiences for a live mobile game. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving problems in a large Unity/C# codebase, collaborating across disciplines, and contributing to player-facing systems in a fast-moving live-service environment. What You'll Do * Build, enhance, and maintain gameplay and client systems in Unity that support live events, progression, offers, rewards, PvP features, and player-facing UI flows. * Develop reliable client-side logic in a large C# codebase with a mix of core systems, legacy systems, and newer modular feature areas. * Work with data-driven systems, localization content, feature configurations, and structured content pipelines to support scalable live-game development. * Help support live operations through event-driven features, content updates, feature flags, and operational tooling. * Partner with product, design, QA, analytics, artists, and other engineers to deliver high-quality player experiences. * Write tests, troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to code quality, performance, and maintainability. * Support mobile-specific development needs across iOS and Android, including stability, performance, platform integrations, and release readiness. ## Related Videos - [Are Code Reviews Worth It?
